Put the scope beside the price
Write the deliverable as something both sides can recognise: “one edited video, one revision, posted on Instagram” is more useful than “content package”. Use the terms field for the payment schedule and anything that affects the price.
- Enter the creator name, platform and deliverable.
- Add your chosen base fee, paid-usage fee and exclusivity fee.
- State how long the usage rights last and add the terms you want confirmed.
- Create the card, check it and copy the text or print it to PDF.
What the quote total means
A ₹5,000 base fee plus ₹1,500 in usage fees and ₹0 for exclusivity produces a ₹6,500 quote. Those figures explain the calculation; they are not a market-rate recommendation.
Audience size is optional. Entering a follower count does not change the price. The tool does not add tax, production expenses or platform fees automatically.
Before sending it
Check the number of deliverables, revision limit, usage period, exclusivity and payment deadline. If a brand adds a deliverable after you quote, agree the change and update the card.
