Put an application pack together
If your CV, cover letter and certificates are separate PDFs, check each file first. Use Rotate PDF for sideways scans and Delete PDF pages for unwanted pages. Then use Merge PDF to put the final pack in order.
Open the downloaded PDF before sending it. Check the first page, last page and total page count. Keep the original files until you have checked the output.
Take pages out without rebuilding the whole document
Use Extract PDF pages when you need only a few pages, such as a certificate from a larger application. Use Split PDF when you want several separate files. Combining documents and rearranging pages inside one document are different jobs.
About file handling
The tools in this collection run their PDF operations in your browser. Device memory still matters. If a large batch fails on your phone, try fewer files at a time or use a desktop browser. Password protection and unusual PDF structures can also affect what a tool can read.
For a walkthrough, read the PDF merging guide. For image dimensions before conversion, open Resize Image.
