Scale a formula by weight and estimate raw-material cost, then print a batch worksheet. Keep your formula data on your device.

Planning and costing only. This is not a safety assessment, IFRA conformity certificate, or legal label approval. Verify each ingredient and formula against current official standards and qualified professionals.
From formula percentage to weighing list
Enter the total batch weight in grams. Add each material, its formula percentage and, if needed, its cost per kilogram. Check that the percentage total is 100 before you use the result as a weighing list.
For a 1,000 g batch, an ingredient at 10% contributes 100 g. At a cost of ₹1,200 per kilogram, that row costs ₹120.
See the formula scaling guide for a complete three-material example.
What is included in the cost
The total uses the quantities and cost-per-kilogram figures you enter. Use the same currency for every row. Packaging, fill losses, volume conversion and tax are excluded.
The worksheet uses mass. It does not estimate how many millilitres or bottles a batch produces. Do not assume that a gram equals a millilitre.
Save a record you can check
Download the CSV to keep the material names, percentages, batch weights and estimated row costs together. Include a revision in the formula name so an older worksheet is not confused with a later change.
This calculation does not establish ingredient safety or product suitability. The IFRA checker is a separate screening tool with its own dataset and limitations. A balanced percentage total is not a compliance result.
